Each of the policies contained in the Terms of Service may be changed from time to time and are effective immediately after we post the changes here, except our Privacy Policy for which we will provide you with thirty days prior notice. In addition, when using SaferSpace.NET Monitoring Service, you agree that you are subject to any policies or rules which are posted in conjunction with SaferSpace.NET Monitoring Service. Zemerick Software, Inc. ("Zemerick Software") has created these Terms of Service ("TOS") to govern your use of its site SaferSpace.NET Monitoring Service ("Service"). By using the Service, you acknowledge having read and agreed to the TOS and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth in these documents, please cancel your Service account and immediately discontinue its use. Zemerick Software reserves the right to terminate any account and deny access to the Service to any person who is found in violation of the TOS at the sole discretion of Zemerick Software.

Trial Period

All new subscriptions come with a 30 day trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your credit card will not be charged until after the 30 day trial period.

Payment and Billing

By signing up for the SaferSpace.NET Monitoring Service you authorize to charge your credit card each month for the subscription price.

Chargebacks

A chargeback for any reason will cause your SaferSpace.NET Monitoring Service account to be terminated. If you have a question about billing or an individual payment please contact us .

Credit Card Expiration and Billing Problems

If during your subscription your credit card that we have on file for you expires or changes and we are unable to bill you for the service we will e-mail you a notification with instructions on how to update your credit card information. Until your billing information has been updated, no profile monitoring will be done. If you do not update your billing information in one (1) month your subscription and account will be terminated.

Canceling your Account

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us or by filling out the cancellation form and faxing it to (800) 427-5684. Please e-mail us from the e-mail address you used to subscribe to the SaferSpace.NET Monitoring Service service. When your account has been terminated you will not receive a refund for the unused portion. Instead when the next billing period comes your credit card will not be charged.

When your account is canceled all information contained in your SaferSpace.NET Monitoring Service account will be permanently removed.

Refunds

All charges past the 30 day trial period are nonrefundable unless in the grace period (see below).

Grace Period

If you cancel your SaferSpace.NET Monitoring Service account within three days of your last payment you will receive a refund for the last payment.

Acceptable Usage

Any abuse of this service will result in immediate cancellation of your account.

Regarding the Storage of Data

Please save all important data from your SaferSpace.NET Monitoring Service account to your computer.  We are not responsible for loss of data due to natural disaster, acts of God, or other conditions beyond our control.
